Trash Removal Business Centers requires that tenants use Armor Waste Systems for all trash needs. Please contact Armor at 651-686-5675. Please refer to Article 4, section 4.3 of your Lease Agreement; all refuse must remain within the Leased Premises at all times except dur-ing the day of and for the purpose of removal unless otherwise provided for by the Landlord.
Telephone You can contact Qwest to order or disconnect your phone service at 1-800-603-6000.
Keys If you need additional keys or you need your locks changed, contact Jay. There is a charge for key and lock changes. Business Centers supplies bathroom keys for the tenants at 6225 and 6305 Cambridge. Tenants at the 27 West Business Center and the West 5 Business Center are required to have keys duplicated at Business Centers. Contact Jay at jay@rentspace.com
Maintenance If you have a maintenance issue, please contact Jay by e-mail at jay@rentspace.com
Signage Signs are ordered through Business Centers only. Please call for restrictions and ordering.
Utilities Call Business Centers at 952-929-8825 for utility information.
Parking There is absolutely NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! This includes all Common Areas. Vehicles found to be in violation are at risk of being towed at owner's expense. If your car has been towed call: All Hours Towing 952-546-7211
Fluorescents Business Centers is not responsible for the bulbs in your space; however, bulbs can be obtained from Business Centers and Maintenance will install at their convenience. An installation and re-cycling fee will be applied to your monthly statement.
Mail Tenants at the Cambridge Business Centers are responsible for contacting our office for a P.O. Box. The P.O. Boxes are located in front of the 6305 building.

Eden Prairie tenants can choose to use previous Tenant's mailbox key or have the mailbox re-keyed at a charge of $15.00 from the Eden Prairie Post Office.
HVAC Preventive Maintenance Tenants with heating and air conditioning in their bays will be charged $8.00 per month to cover the spring and fall preventative maintenance programs.
Late Fees As a courtesy, we send statements each month; however, whether or not you receive one, rent is still due on or before the 1st of each month. Late fees will be applied at noon on the 6th day of the month whether or not a holiday is involved; Please refer to Article 1 Section 1.4 of your Lease Agreement.
Tax & Insurance Tenants are invoiced biannually, a prorated share of any increase in tax, insurance and special assessments over those costs of the first year of tenancy.
Pets Business Centers does not allow any pets in the Leased Premises, Commons Area or on the grounds.
Forklift Available at a charge to Cambridge Tenants.
Fire Extinguisher State and City codes require a fire extinguisher in each bay. Business Centers will inspect your bay periodically and replace any outdated extinguishers at Tenant's expense per Article 6, Section 6.4 of your Lease Agreement.
